1. Three smoking cessation modes are available:
①Smoking cessation within 60 days: This is also our most recommended way. Within 60 days of starting to quit smoking, the system will automatically set a daily smoking target number for you. Every day, based on the smoking situation of the previous day, the system will calculate the remaining time required to quit smoking. For example, if the planned number of smoking the previous day was 5 and the actual number of smoking was 6, the system will increase the quitting time by one day; if the actual number of smoking is 5, the system will reduce the time for quitting by one day; The time to quit smoking will be reduced by two days.
② Quit smoking according to the plan: You can set the number of smoking cessation plans per day by yourself. The system will calculate the next best time to smoke based on the number of planned quits you set, and use this to help you plan to quit smoking.
③Only punch-in records: If you just want to record your own smoking, you can consider using this method only.
2. Smoking calendar: You can see the daily smoking situation on the calendar.
3. Smoking map: The specific location of each smoking is recorded.
4. Smoking statistics: According to the chart statistics, you can know the trend of your own smoking quantity.
